How the Nudge wellness score works

What is the wellness score?

Every day, Nudge computes a single score from 0 to 100 for that day, built from five drivers that together add up to 100 points. It's shown on the home screen as soon as the Accessibility service is turned on — it isn't hidden while the app learns your habits. Instead, any driver that needs history it doesn't have yet (see "Calibration" below) falls back to a neutral, non-penalising value until that history exists, rather than showing nothing.

What are the five drivers?

What are the five tiers?

The total score (0–100) maps to one of five tiers:

What is the calibration period?

Two of the drivers need a bit of your own history to be meaningful: Scroll Volume needs a full 7-day average to compare today against, and the first-unlock-consistency part of Time Hygiene needs at least 3 days of prior first-unlock times. Until that history exists, Nudge gives full or neutral credit for that part rather than guessing or penalising you — the home screen labels this explicitly (e.g. "Learning your baseline (needs 7 days)") so it's clear the score isn't yet comparing you against a real baseline.
